Question About Proctologists?

Hey, I was wondering, does a proctologist have a special set of initials for an abbreviation, I know that a medical doctor is MD, but is there anything after for a proctologist

    No, they would just have the title M.D. or D.O. after their name unless they were a fellow of a proctology academy or organization, in which case they would have a special designation after the MD or DO. For example, an internal medicine specialist who is a fellow of the American Academy of Physicians would look like this:
    John Smith, MD, FACP
