How To Know When A Person Needs Medical Attention After Taking An Ecstasy Pill?

I know it’s risky, and there are so many dangers and everything. I’m not the one taking the pill, please don’t judge or lecture me.
I just want to know what visible symptoms someone on ecstasy would show, that would mean they need medical help/attention. I know about over-heating and dehydration and over-hydration and all that, but since the person would be tripping out they wouldn’t be able to tell you those things. So does anyone know VISIBLE signs of when you should call an ambulance? Thank You.

i would call 911 if they are nonresponsive, stop breathing, blueness of lips, severe vomit (mucus and blood)
go with your gut feeling. call if you sense something. better to save their life than to be cautious about ruining their trip.

Whether you or your friend, just drink plenty of H2O while your rolling, also I found (when I was younger) if you take a multivitamin and I think it was vitC with your X the after effects are minimal, you won’t have that “cracked out” feeling so much. Just do not over do it, one roll at a time, effects should start to wear off ina few hours. I took 3 in one night and I am a survivor! BE CAREFUL though

You should kill two birds with the one stone, so to speak.
Ask the person who is about to take Ecstasy,, “At what point do you require me to call the ambulance or do you plan to try and recover on your own”. If at all !.
They might give you a list of signs or maybe re-think the habit.

Usually when they pass out. thats the only sign that you should call an ambulance. It really all depends, because Ive seen a lot of friends, throw up, breathe all crazy and they turned out alright. One thing is to make sure they drink a lot of water, but not over do it cause that could swell the brain and also make em throw up.

I am sorry I don’t. No I am not going to judge or lecture you. But I do want to warn you to be careful. If this person gets caught using drugs, you could be found guilty by association and could spend time in jail. Please be careful and take care.

tripping out is a stage of Extreme waiting to call an ambulance—better not wait till that time — call ambulance to get medical help—your experiment to wait till such a time is —only– is a child’s play

Visible signs would be passing out, seizing, even foaming at the mouth.

if they don’t respond to you when you try to talk to them. yeah, if they do respond it will be jumbly anyways or a “huh…uhhh” LOL- but if they don’t respond at all then its time to call. also, if they are vomiting on a regular basis, seizuring, and of course if they are sweating PROFUSELY along with that, or if they are losing consciousness.
honestly though, i couldn’t really tell you more that that. because despite what the media tells you - pure ecstasy is not dangerous in itself really…(aside from not drinking enough water when your’e on it)…its what other substances that are mixed in with the pills it that can be dangerous. and the effects of those can be varied.
word to the wise, there are two things you should think about before doing e. i mean, i know YOU aren’t doing it, but still…
    1) if you’re at a party, don’t buy your pills right away. ask people that are on it, that look like they are having a good time what kind of pills they are on. don’t buy pills you haven’t seen people on. when people get sick off of pills, it’s usually everyone.
    2) make sure you get them off someone you trust.
    3) DON’T MIX IT with alcohol and other downers. mixing it with psychdelics is okay. the only time i’ve ever seen anyone have to go to the hospital is because they drank and did E.
All in all though, ecstacy is really not as dangerous as you think, and as long as you’re careful about where you get them from, you needn’t worry this much at all…
